Greg Broderick Wins Leading International Rider Award

Greg Broderick was the deserving winner of the Leading International Rider Award at Balmoral Show on last week. 

The Award was sponsored by Equestrian and Farm Feeds Ltd.

Thursday evening at Balmoral Park saw the staging of the inaugural Mascot Race.  Held in the main arena, 9 mascots competed with the winners from two heats meeting in the final! 

Foxy, from Equestrian and Farm Feeds Ltd, won the second heat to progress to the final, where she was unfortunately brought down by the Balmoral Show Donkey.

This provided an opening for Meningitis Research Foundation’s mascot to romp home with an impressive win.

On behalf of the Meningitis Research Foundation, Equestrian and Farm Feeds Ltd is donating 60 bags of donkey chaff to a donkey sanctuary of the winner’s choice.
