This innovative technology, named ROS (reactive oxygen species) by Professor Vincent O’Flaherty, is safeguarded by a series of patent applications to protect its uniqueness. After conducting pH trials in 2018 at an Austrian agricultural college, which revealed a substantial increase in stomach pH over a 24-hour period compared to a control group when fed once daily, we investigated its impact on equines. As a result, we have formulated a Dietetic Complementary Equine Feed with a PARNUT claim. For best results, MonoShield Equine should be mixed with a yeast-free feed and fed once daily.
Available in 1 Ltr & 5 Ltr. MonoShield Equine Liquid is highly palatable and can be simply poured onto feed once a day. This novel equine feed supplement has been developed by Mayo Healthcare in cooperation with the Microbiology Department of the National University of Ireland (NUIG).
